Continuous Improvement Group

The ATIM Continuous improvement group will hold its second meeting on 25th March 2025 at Abbott Longford. This follows a successful session at Robotics & Drives on the 23rd January 2025, where manufacturing leaders came together to discuss best practices and drive operational excellence.
The Continuous Improvement Sub-Group connects manufacturing companies to:
- Enhance Efficiency – Share best practices to streamline operations
- Innovate Processes – Collaborate on creative solutions to challenges
- Achieve Collective Growth – Support each other in striving for excellence
