Workforce Horizon Working Group

Workforce Horizon is one of ATIM’s four industry‑driven collaborative working groups, run in partnership with the Midlands Regional Skills Forum and ReSHAPE, with the goal of future‑proofing the manufacturing workforce in the Midlands and beyond by enabling companies to collectively address skills, talent, and workforce transformation challenges that no single organisation can solve alone.

- Hear a debrief on Dreambig programme
- Capture areas of interest/support needed from the cluster to support member companies with workforce transformation challenges
