‘Leading Change and Complexity in a time of Digital Transition’ is an executive lead training delivered on the 6th of December in the Midland Skills Centre, Tullamore. Tea/Coffee will be provided from 9:30am, with activity kicking off at 10am.

This premium executive-led coaching programme supports leaders develop the essential skills and competencies to engage and deliver effective change management strategies. Over four months, participants will create a unique growth plan for their future development and participate in structured peer development groups.
