Dreambig is an initiative led by the ATIM Cluster to inspire, engage and support young people in the Midlands to pursue a career in advanced manufacturing.

Dreambig is a talent development programme driven by 15 industry cluster members, four local government authorities (Laois, Longford, Offaly and Westmeath), schools and parents who are all aligned on the common vision – to position the Midlands as centre of advanced manufacturing excellence.
